For the services of the driver on weekdays you will pay CZK129.00 or FREE - when buying a bouquet from CZK1,200.00, on weekends and public holidays you will pay CZK250.00 or FREE - when buying a bouquet from CZK1,200.00.

Flowers ordered on a working day before 5 pm will be delivered to the recipient throughout the Czech Republic within a few hours on the same day, in Prague within 2 hours of ordering. Couriers are available at any time of the day between 8 am and 8 pm.

However, the date of arrival of the courier is determined by you, as well as the 3-hour span in which the flowers will be delivered and handed over.

A bouquet for weekend or public holiday delivery must be ordered no later than 3pm on the last working day before the delivery date.

1. First, choose your flower arrangement in the e-shop.
2. Then fill out a short form with the date, time of delivery (3 hour range), the name, address and phone number of the recipient and your phone

4. Pay by Visa or Mastercard, or by instant transfer.
5. You don't care about anything else. Our courier will deliver the flowers to their destination and hand them over to the recipient on your behalf.
6. After delivery, we will send you an e-mail with a message.

What would flowers be without a personal wish. We'll add a free card to your bouquet and deliver it with it. You write the text in the order form when filling in the details in the "Text on insert card" box.

Our couriers: discretion and pleasant demeanour

All our drivers are thoroughly trained to maintain the element of surprise when delivering flowers. We pride ourselves on our pleasant demeanour and discretion. The courier is always tactful and does not disclose information about the customer during the handover.

Before arriving at the address, the driver can verify by telephone the presence of the recipient of the bouquet at the address. However, on the phone, they only talk about the package to make the surprise simply perfect.

If the recipient is not reached

If the recipient cannot be reached, there is the option of leaving the flowers with neighbours or colleagues. If there is nowhere to store the bouquet, we will take it back to the florist.

We will inform you of the problem and give you the address where the bouquet is stored. You can pick it up there free of charge. It may happen that we will require payment of these additional transport costs in the event of a further delivery.

Anonymous delivery

Do you wish to send flowers anonymously and keep the identity of the sender a secret? Don't worry. We will deliver the flowers as standard and will not reveal who ordered them. The recipient of the bouquet will only receive the information you provide on the enclosed card with your message.

Not only the recipient or the gifted person will not learn any information about you from us. All customers' personal information is safe with us. We can only disclose it to government authorities who are authorized to do so.
