Despite all the care and control, it may happen that there is a problem with the bouquet or other goods delivered by us. Your satisfaction is our priority and we are here to help you with any problem.

Complaints procedure

Complaints are governed by the Terms and Conditions. The provisions set out here are binding on both parties to the contract. The procedure below is a guide which cannot be legally enforced.

  1. Contact Us: If you have any problem with our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can write to us using the contact form on our website, by phone or by email.
  2. Describe the defect: When contacting us, please describe your problem in as much detail as possible and attach an illustration photo if necessary.
  3. After receiving your complaint, our staff will immediately get to work on resolving it. We strive to find the optimal solution as quickly and promptly as possible.
  4. Possible solutions: Depending on the nature of the legitimate complaint, we will offer you a possible solution. This may be a refund, sending a new bouquet or some other form of compensation.
  5. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


All of our bouquets come with the usual 24 hour guarantee from delivery. Other goods are marked with an expiry date (food) or as per the legal provisions of the CR. If you need any assistance in applying for a guarantee, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
