Information on Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement and Return of Goods
If you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return goods, the basic conditions and procedure are set out below. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, you may withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving goods in respect of which the right of withdrawal is not excluded.
Cut Flowers
Cut flowers are goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Accordingly, pursuant to Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, the 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason does not apply to contracts for the supply of cut flowers.
However, if the flowers arrive damaged, in an unsatisfactory condition or do not correspond to the order, you may make a claim. We also provide a 24-hour Freshness Guarantee for cut flowers from the time of delivery.
Other Goods
For goods in respect of which the right of withdrawal is not excluded, you may withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Following withdrawal, the goods must be sent back or handed over no later than 14 days thereafter.
In What Condition May Goods Be Returned?
Before returning the goods, you may handle them only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the value of the goods is diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose, we may take such diminished value into account when refunding the purchase price.
Where possible, we recommend returning the goods in their original packaging and suitably protecting them against damage during transport. The original packaging is not a condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
How to Withdraw from the Purchase Agreement
You may notify us of your withdrawal by any unequivocal statement clearly indicating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement. The easiest way is to e-mail us at kvetiny@kvetinyonline.cz. We recommend including the order number and identifying the goods to which the withdrawal relates.
You may also use the form provided at the end of this document. Use of the form is not mandatory. To meet the 14-day withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before that period expires.

Cost of Returning Goods
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. This does not apply where a justified claim is made in respect of defective goods or goods supplied incorrectly.
Returning Only Part of an Order
If you withdraw from the purchase agreement only in respect of part of an order for which the right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the price of those goods. In such a case, the original delivery costs will not be refunded if those costs would have been the same even if the returned goods had not formed part of the order.
Refunds
We will refund the relevant amounts without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from the purchase agreement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back in a manner allowing us to verify that the goods were in fact handed over to a carrier for return to us. Such evidence may include, in particular, a verifiable receipt confirming acceptance of the consignment by the carrier or tracking information from which the carrier's acceptance of the consignment can be verified.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise and provided that you incur no additional costs as a result.
Free Gifts and Claims
If a free gift was supplied together with the goods and you withdraw from the relevant part of the purchase agreement, the gift must also be returned together with the goods, unless otherwise agreed with us.
If the goods are damaged, defective, incomplete or do not correspond to the order, this constitutes a claim relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods rather than an ordinary return without giving any reason.
