Return of goods – flowers, chocolate boxes, sparkling wines, and vases

We believe that every order from our e-shop will make you happy at first sight and smell. But if something goes wrong, we are here for you and we will solve everything together.

Flowers

Flowers are fresh goods with a short shelf life and therefore cannot be returned in the classic sense according to § 1837 (e) of the Civil Code. However, if a bouquet arrives that does not match the order or is not in good condition, please let us know as soon as possible - ideally within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us by email at info@kvetinyonline.cz or call +420 602 686 696. Please attach a photo of the delivered bouquet. Each case is handled individually and with an emphasis on your satisfaction.

Bonbons, sparkling vine and vases

Non-perishable products (e.g. chocolates, cakes, vases) are subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods in accordance with Section 1829 of the Civil Code.

Conditions for return:

  • The goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging,
  • The goods must not show signs of wear and tear or damage.

How to return?

1. First, contact us by email at info@kvetinyonline.cz - please include your order number, the name of the item you are returning and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you a cancellation form and instructions for sending the goods back to our address:

3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund your order within 14 days in the same way you paid.

Note: The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer unless it is a legitimate complaint (e.g. defective or incorrectly delivered goods).
